Dovetail Stays is founded by Tom Dove and Fraser Rounds, experienced Stamford builders who renovate and restore character properties across Lincolnshire. Every home in our collection is carefully refurbished by us, combining practical building knowledge with thoughtful design.
 

Tom brings 20 years of worldwide building experience across barn conversions, listed buildings and new builds, with a carpentry-first eye for detail. Fraser adds 9 years in construction and renovation, plus a Masters in Sports and Exercise Physiology, bringing precision and problem-solving to every project.
